TeamJobs have a great opportunity for an Performance Systems Integration Engineer in Peterborough, to start ASAP.
Pay rate: up to 25.40 per hour, dependant on experience.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08.30am to 4.45pm and Friday 08:30 until 4.15pm (there may be some flexibility around this). You will be required on site a minimum of 3 days.
Job Summary
The Performance Systems Integration (PSI) team are responsible for end-to-end definition of the performance system:
- Requirements - System architecture, calibration requirements and control system definition
- Detailed technical trade-offs and control system development, through use of simulation and analytical tools
- Demonstrate product quality, emissions conformance, and product sign off
PSI lead the engine performance development cycle; from new technology concept selection, through to development of new products and then supporting and maintaining our current products. PSI also play a key role in integrating our products into customer applications.
Main Responsibilities
- Development of future series products
- Working alongside other talented engineers
- Problem solving and using technical knowledge to make data driven decisions.
- Collaborating with partners in Systems, Component, Performance and Electronics, to deliver world class products.
- Deliver oral presentations and write reports

- Engine and / or After treatment performance development
