Hours: Full-time and every other Saturday

Compensation:

- £25,500 - £27,500 Salary (based on experience)

- Plus Monthly Commission (based on KPIs)

- £40,000 - £50,000 OTE

Role Summary:

Our client is seeking an organised, personable, and proactive MOVE Consultant to join our team. This individual will act as a crucial touchpoint for our clients and prospective buyers, handling incoming enquiries, managing our CRM (STREET), and generating business opportunities. This role involves efficient communication, precise data input/management, and the ability to enhance client satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Communication Handling:

• Answer and triage incoming calls, ensuring messages are taken accurately, notes are recorded, and appropriate actions are taken based on caller requirements.

• Act as a first point of contact, maintaining a professional and welcoming tone to uphold their excellent reputation.

2. CRM Management (STREET System):

• Monitor and respond to enquiries received through the STREET CRM system, covering areas such as property viewing requests, valuation inquiries, and general information on services offered.

• Ensure timely and effective responses to all client inquiries, keeping records accurate and up-to-date.

3. Valuation and Viewing Coordination:

• Coordinate and book property valuations, ensuring seamless scheduling with clients and agents. Speed of response and organisation of follow-up are major priorities in this role.

• Track booked valuations and applicants with properties to sell. You will receive a monthly commission for valuations that convert into successful instructions for the agency.

4. Client Relationship Management:

• Conduct follow-ups after viewings to collect and log feedback, encourage offers and second viewings as appropriate, and communicate insights to property owners.

• Engage with the applicant database to generate viewings on new and existing property instructions.

• Cross-sell additional services (financial, legal) by understanding client needs and highlighting relevant ancillary options. Once referral matters have been completed, you will receive 30% of the net referral fee received by company

5. Opportunity Generation:

• Identify potential valuation opportunities within the existing applicant database for clients who have not previously booked with company.

• Actively seek ways to maximise engagement and opportunities to increase instructions and generate new business.

• Conduct outbound call-out activities to generate viewing appointments for existing property listings

6. Property Viewings:

• Conduct property viewings, ensuring that company is represented highly by being prompt, personable and knowledgeable.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Customer Service: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in a friendly, professional manner.

• Organizational Ability: High level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

• Sales-Oriented: Ability to identify business opportunities and demonstrate an enthusiasm for achieving targets, with a focus on results.

• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with STREET is a plus) and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.

• Real Estate Knowledge: A basic understanding of the property market and real estate processes, including viewings, valuations, and client interactions.

Additional Information:

• Commission Structure: Monthly commissions are provided based on valuations booked that lead to successful instructions. £20 is paid per property valuation booked and attended, PLUS £60 is paid per property valuation booked, which turns into a new instruction.

• Development: Our client offers ongoing training and support to develop industry knowledge and sales skills.
