A leading Peteborough Law Firm are looking to recruit an experienced Family Law Solicitor the role offers a hybrid set up ideally 2 days home & 3 days office based.
Main responsibilities:-
The role will entail dealing with a full and mixed caseload of Legal Aid and private family matters. Candidates will deal with all matters generally from beginning through to completion and cover the following areas:-
- Family
- Divorce
- Adoption
- Child Care issues Family Mediation
- Children dispute solicitors
- Domestic Violence solicitors
- Family Financial Property Arrangements
- Mediation
