- Reporting to the Partners in the department to assist with managing a caseload covering all aspects of family law, including high-net-worth financial remedy negotiations and proceedings, Children Act work, and preventative work.
- Handling elements of international law, injunctive proceedings, and TOLATA cases. Specialisation is encouraged.
- Playing an integral role in the Family team, delivering on agreed cases, sourcing new opportunities, and supporting the team's overall profile.
- Proactively attracting work in line with the needs of the firm.
- Delivering individual targets with minimal supervision.
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and building strong client relationships.

- Strong legal skills and knowledge in a Family Law setting.
- Experience managing a broad and varied caseload, including pre-nuptial agreements, Children Act proceedings, divorce, high-net-worth financial remedy proceedings, international cases, TOLATA proceedings, and injunctive relief. Specialisation is encouraged and will be discussed at the interview stage.
