My client is looking for a Senior Planning Solicitor to join their team. This would be a great opportunity to join a regional firm as a Partner or Senior Associate depending on experience.

My client is well known in the region for offering a full suite of planning offerings to include but not limited to -

  • Planning, highway and infrastructure agreements
  • Strategic and tactical development, advice and implementation
  • Large-scale planning process with a mixture of Residential and Commerical use
  • Liaising with local authorities in respect to planning appeals, inquiries, CPO's, enforcements etc
  • Renewable energy planning schemes
  • Public rights of way and footpaths
  • Objecting to and/or defending planning applications
  • Audits of environmental impact assessments
  • Planning due diligence on acquisitions and sales
  • Contentious and non-contentious planning work of all forms
