You will have the chance to develop your expertise while supporting key tasks such as drafting legal documentation, conducting legal research, and managing client files. The role will offer a broad range of responsibilities, ensuring you gain valuable experience across various aspects of litigation.Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and financial statements
- Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
- Communicating with clients, colleagues, and external parties via telephone and email
- Assisting with the management of client files, ensuring they are organised and up to date
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document management
- Utilising case management systems to store and manage documents electronically
- Supporting client meetings and assisting with the coordination of appointments
- Transcribing digital dictation as required
- Providing general support to the wider team as needed
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a legal environment, with a basic understanding of litigation processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
