Paralegal - Peterborough - £24-26k
We’re working with a leading multi-disciplinary, multi office law firm that specialises in litigation and dispute resolution across the UK and internationally.
With a growing number of prestigious clients and an exciting pipeline of diverse work, they now seek an ambitious Paralegal as follows:
- Working office based in Peterborough (there may be some requirement to visit their London Chambers occasionally) with a variety of lay and professional clients, Barristers and Mediators
- Undertaking work across a diverse range of sectors and jurisdictions, from commercial disputes to regulatory challenges and complex personal injuries
- 1 years legal experience require, ideally including finance, commercial or civil litigation
- Minimum of 2:1 degree (with post graduate LPC/BPTC preferred)
- Daily duties will include consideration of papers received on instruction, daily client contact / case management, drafting legal and court documents, preparation of hearing bundles and external instructions, case and general administration, document management (including use of internal electronic systems) and legal Research
Suitable Paralegal applicants will require excellent written and spoken English, strong IT skills, a firm understanding of GDPR and a desire to progress their legal career in a vibrant, busy setting.
The successful Paralegal can expect a starting salary up to £26k with ongoing training and reviews leading to uplifts and a fantastic long term legal career path.
