We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client, a well-established global logistics and supply chain company, specializing in international logistics services and multi-modal transport solutions, including road, sea, air, and rail. They are seeking a driven individual to join their dynamic team at their Peterborough office as a dedicated Transport Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily job allocations for contractors.
  • Process customer bookings and ensure commitments to clients are met.
  • Update systems with job-related data and book shipping space via ferry operator portals.
  • Track trailer and truck locations using satellite systems.
  • Use freight exchanges to ensure continuous trailer movement.
  • Handle customer/supplier issues, including damage claims and cost recovery.
  • Coordinate MOT, servicing, and repairs of trailers with suppliers.
  • Track vehicle revenues and productivity on a weekly basis

Monday - Friday ( 40 hrs )

Salary: £23,000-£30,000 ( DOE ) + Benefits !
