What Youll Do -Warehouse Supervisor, Woodston, Peterborough, PE2

As a Warehouse Supervisor, youll play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and Develop: Train, mentor, and guide your team to achieve peak performance and maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Drive Performance: Monitor and optimize KPIs such as picking accuracy, goods receipt, and dispatch performance.
• Enforce Standards: Ensure compliance with HSE and food safety regulations, and enforce PPE use to maintain a safe workplace.
• Implement 5S Methodologies: Drive the adoption of 5S practices to improve organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Problem-Solve: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to enhance workflows and reduce errors.
• Foster Continuous Improvement: Uphold company standards while introducing initiatives that improve processes and team performance.

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role and has a track record of success in warehouse environments. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar leadership role.
• Licenses: Valid Reach Truck, Forklift, and Electric Pallet (PPT) licenses.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams.
• Organisational Expertise: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with HSE regulations, food safety standards, and 5S methodologies is desirable
