To support their continued expansion, they are looking for skilled individuals to join their growing Technical Department.Position Overview:We are seeking an Automotive Claims Specialist to join our client's team. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in the automotive industry, with experience as a Level 3 Vehicle Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and assessing claims, ensuring they meet accuracy standards and adhere to company policies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and authorise claims from the repair network, ensuring they meet all technical and financial guidelines.
  • Request and review necessary documentation to support claim justification.
  • Verify that repair scopes are correctly performed and accurately claimed.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of claims and customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Monitor the performance of the authorised repair network and report any concerns to management.
  • Assist in resolving claim-related issues and provide guidance to the repair network.
  • Support the Technical Department with other relevant duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and diagnostic processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
