- Review and authorise claims from the repair network, ensuring they meet all technical and financial guidelines.
- Request and review necessary documentation to support claim justification.
- Verify that repair scopes are correctly performed and accurately claimed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of claims and customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor the performance of the authorised repair network and report any concerns to management.
- Assist in resolving claim-related issues and provide guidance to the repair network.
- Support the Technical Department with other relevant duties as needed.
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and diagnostic processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
