Shift Pattern: Panama (days and nights rotating, 6am–6pm, 6pm–6am)

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising manufacturing equipment to keep production running smoothly. Whether it’s troubleshooting a sudden issue or planning ahead to prevent breakdowns, you’ll be a key player in ensuring maximum efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspecting, fixing, and fine-tuning equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Working closely with the production team to keep things moving seamlessly.
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes – because there’s always room to be better.
- Staying ahead of compliance, from Health & Safety regulations to food safety standards.
- Supporting sustainability goals by reducing waste and improving energy efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering – you’ve got the credentials to back up your skills.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or consumer goods – you know your way around a fast-moving production line.
- A solid understanding of HACCP, PUWER, and similar standards.
- Hands-on experience with AC/DC drives and interpreting schematic diagrams.
- A can-do attitude, with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure.
