Reed are actively recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our highly reputable company based in Peterborough. 

Due to their continued growth within the support team, they are looking to appoint a full time Project Administrator for their Peterborough Office. You will join a growing team of professionals in a relaxed and friendly environment working directly to our Head of Fire Engineering and wider team. The successful candidate should be friendly, reliable, proactive, naturally organised and have a keen eye for detail and be committed to the role. You will have relevant experience in administrative duties and will possess excellent IT and communication skills.

Key Duties

  •  Assist the Head of Fire Engineering with creating/completing workflow reports, statistical reports, fee proposals and analysis as required.
  • Manage the administration of multiple projects, including the use of Google/ Workflow software.
  • Assist Fire Engineering team with production of fee proposals, technical reports, survey notes and fee invoices.
  • Actively contribute the quality management processes within the Fire Engineering Team and the company.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients
  • Answer incoming phones in a polite and helpful manner
  • Capturing detailed information and inputting data onto Workflow system
  • To manage daily, incoming and outgoing email communication.
  • Printing, binding and general administration support for all the teams and the SMT
  • Organising travel and accommodation, booking meetings and lunches
  • Assistance with office health and safety duties
  • To provide general admin support for other support team members

The successful candidate should be friendly, reliable, proactive, naturally organised and have a keen eye for detail and be committed to the role. You will have relevant experience in administrative duties and will possess excellent IT and strong human relation skills.
