As Project Administrator you will provide direct support to the Project Director, acting as the internal point of contact for both clients and colleagues. You will help oversee a high volume of design and installation projects, working closely with all stakeholders.

It is a fast paced and varied role and would be well suited to an individual who is able to think on their feet. You must be able to adapt to a changing work load, prioritise accordingly and maintain an organised project portfolio.

Experience of working in a similar position would be an advantage but not essential. Previous experience of working in the fire, safety or security industries would be a definite benefit.

The Company:

路 Working hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

The Job - Project Administrator:

路 Provide direct support to the Project Director.

路 Oversee all admin, correspondence and paperwork for ongoing and future projects.

路 Manage the Project Directors inbox and organise accordingly.

路 Maintain communication with all stakeholders involved.

路 Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.

路 Organise and maintain project folders.

路 Liaise with clients and third parties.

路 Update and manage internal database.

The Individual:

路 Happy and adept to work at a fast pace.

路 Organised.

路 Able to prioritise and keep on top of a high volume of projects.

路 Strong communicator, able to work effectively with the Project Director and liaise with clients and colleagues.

路 Strong administration skills.
