As Project Coordinator you will provide direct support to the Project Director, acting as the internal point of contact for both clients and colleagues. You will manage the internal inbox whilst taking the administrative lead on a high volume of design and installation projects, working closely with all stakeholders.

It is a fast paced and varied role and would be well suited to an individual who is able to think on their feet. You must be able to adapt to a changing work load, prioritise accordingly and maintain an organised project portfolio.

Experience of working in a similar position would be an advantage but not essential. Previous experience of working in the fire, safety or security industries would be a definite benefit.

The Job - Project Coordinator:

  • Provide direct support to the Project Director.
  • Oversee all admin, correspondence and paperwork for ongoing and future projects.
  • Manage the Project Directors inbox and organise accordingly.
  • Maintain communication with all stakeholders involved.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organise and maintain project folders.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties.
  • Update and manage internal database.

The Individual:

  • Happy and adept to work at a fast pace.
  • Organised.
  • Able to prioritise and keep on top of a high volume of projects.
  • Strong communicator, able to work effectively with the Project Director and liaise with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong administration skills.
