We have a great opportunity for a Finishing Manager working with a tier 1 contractor near Peterborough.
The Project is from white box stage up until handover, and you will be the finishing manager for 300 flats. You will be responsible for managing the finishing stages of the project and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
The project will go on for 3-4 months so you must be available for the whole duration.
The ideal Finishing Manager must have:
- Have Residential Fit Out experience
- Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
- Procore Experience
- Have experience in delivering residential fit outs
- Major experience in M+E
- Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
- Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial/residential projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
