General Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £67,500 (Dependant on previous Experience)
Location: Market Deeping, Lincolnshire

If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking an experienced General Manager to take charge of our clients high-speed manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing production, optimising processes, managing budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:
- Operational Leadership - Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- Budget Management - Develop, manage, and control budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
- Health & Safety Compliance - Implement and uphold health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment in line with NEBOSH standards.
- Process Improvement - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers to drive business success.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- NEBOSH qualification - committed to maintaining a safe workplace
