The Role:

As a Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of the maintenance function, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime across site facilities, machinery, and production processes. Youll lead both proactive and reactive maintenance activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategy
  • Managing breakdowns and ensuring optimal machine availability
  • Overseeing new machinery installations and safe disposal of obsolete equipment
  • Driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Managing budgets and capital expenditure projects
