You will need to combine your firsthand expertise in HVAC & Refrigeration design and consultancy with strategic leadership to drive the company to new heights.

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Sales Leadership: Actively sell the company's HVAC & Refrigeration products and solutions, leveraging your design and consultancy expertise to meet client needs effectively.
  • Team Building: Recruit, develop, and train a high-performing team of qualified sales engineers, creating a robust and knowledgeable sales force.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC & Refrigeration consultants and end users, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Use your in-depth understanding of HVAC & Refrigeration design, consultancy, and applications to speak the language of consultants and end-users, ensuring credibility and trust in all interactions.

The person:

  • Technical Knowledge: You have a strong foundation in HVAC & Refrigeration, gained through hands-on design/consultancy experience with HVAC&R companies or consultants.
  • Sales Acumen: You have experience in engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and delivering solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leadership Potential: While extensive management experience is not essential, you are a natural leader with the vision and drive to build and inspire a team.
  • Industry Insight: You are familiar with the challenges and opportunities within the HVAC&R industry and are comfortable engaging with consultants and end-users at a professional level.
