Site Manager - Complete Office Strip Out & Fit Out

Pay: 280 - 300

Location: Peterborough

Start Date: 03/03/2025

Duration: 1 year plus

One of our established clients are currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee the following works: CAT A into B office fit out, the combining of two offices and converting an old gym into an office.

The right person will have experience on office fit outs & strip outs overseeing tradesmen, abiding by health and safety and driving the job forward.

The right candidate's main responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing subbies

- Liaising with client

- Ensuring the project is on track

- Work completed to a high standard

- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed

The right candidate will have the following:

- SMSTS Certificate

- CSCS Card

- First Aid at Work

- Asbestos Awareness

- Extensive office fit out experience (MUST)
