Role Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and uphold the company's commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project efficiency.
  • Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and enforce best practices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to maintain project continuity.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record in commercial new build projects.
