Our client is a is a well-established construction & civil Engineering contractor with over 15 years in the industry. Due to new project wins, they are looking to bring a fresh, quality staff onboard!
The Project and the Role
As an experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role in the civils phase of a new industrial warehouse development in Peterborough. Your responsibilities will include working through the construction of the concrete flooring. In the role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of the concrete flooring, ensuring the smoothing and finishing standards are up to spec.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Valid CSCS Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
- Experience and knowledge of working with concrete
- A strong civils background
- Tenure as a Site Manager
