Key Responsibilities:

Supervise construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met

Monitor health and safety standards, conducting site inspections

Manage subcontractors and coordinate resources

Report progress to senior management and address any issues promptly

Maintain project documentation and records

Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly

CSCS card and relevant qualifications
