Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of an airspace development consisting of 7 apartments in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising staff to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage all site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale.
- Develop and implement site policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.

Experience
