- Developing, managing, and optimising PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing testing to refine strategies.
- Crafting persuasive, platform-compliant ad copy and CTAs for multiple ad formats.
- Managing budgets, tracking, retargeting, and reporting to ensure ROI-positive campaigns.
- Collaborating with the Paid Media team to solve challenges and implement innovative ideas.
- Producing insightful reports for the Head of Paid Media to track and improve campaign performance.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising, with a deep understanding of platforms like Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Skills: Strong analytics skills, budget management expertise, and a flair for creative and impactful ad copywriting.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and hierarchical marketing models.
- Mindset: A conscientious and detail-oriented professional who understands the psychology of customers and how to create campaigns that deliver quality leads.
