What You'll Be Doing:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement high-performing paid social campaigns tailored to meet business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Paid Media Management: Lead and optimize campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring campaigns exceed expectations.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to achieve the best ROI and ensure cost-effective, high-performing campaigns.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use performance metrics to continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, improving click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Full Campaign Ownership: Manage campaigns from start to finish-setting up, launching, monitoring, and reporting.
- Organic Strategy Development: Create content plans that support and enhance paid campaigns, building communities and strengthening brand presence.
- Collaboration & Creativity: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and high-quality content for social platforms.
- Performance Reporting: Provide clients with actionable insights by translating campaign data into clear reports that highlight successes and opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in Performance Marketing: At least 3-4 years of experience in paid social media or digital marketing.
- Expertise in Paid Social Platforms: Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Experience with tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to combine data-driven insights with creative ideas to deliver successful campaigns.
- Bonus Points: Experience in video production and editing to enhance content creation.
- Commercial Acumen: Confident in managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
