Responsibilities:

  • Support engine performance development and validation.
  • Implement new technologies (automation, robotics, CAD software) to improve processes.
  • Enhance engineering procedures to optimize reliability and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science (required).
  • Engineering design & development - Ability to create, implement, and improve designs.
  • Engine performance & calibration - Experience in performance validation and optimization.
  • Process improvement & automation - Knowledge of automation, robotics, and CAD tools.
  • Product testing & validation - Understanding of defect tracking and quality assurance.
  • Troubleshooting & problem-solving - Ability to detect and resolve technical issues.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Experience in designing and implementing SOPs.
