Our client is a corporate company, looking to hire a permanent PA to support 3 Directors.

Salary £30,000-£33,00 pro rata + fantastic benefits package, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Location: Amazing offices, great culture

Hybrid/Flexi Working: 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.

PA role:

  • Diary management for all 3 Directors, arranging internal and external meetings and MS teams calls, liaising with clients and their Assistants.
  • Inbox management.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Taking notes in meetings.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Raising invoices
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Preparing and formatting documents including Letters of Engagement, producing reports in MS Word and Excel, converting documents from Word to PDF and vice a versa.
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proof reading.
  • Covering other PAs during annual leave.

PA profile:

  • Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
  • Able to commit to a 6-month contract.
  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, prioritising and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in a confident and professional manner with all levels of the business.
  • Be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Be a great team player with a positive, Can Do flexible approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
