We're looking for a driven Shift Manager that is looking for a new opportunity. This role will offer you the chance to take charge of large shift working in a clean, modern & automated environment with a lot of latest machinery.

I'm working with a leading player in their industry who supplier premium products to a number of the major retailers. This role will offeran opportunity that will give fantastic exposure and responsibility, with the aim to help push the company to the next steps in their big growth plans.

With full accountabilityfor the day-to-day operationas well as supporting and executing a continuous improvement plan, you will need to be someone who can multitask well and delegate where necessary. Previous experience at this level and working within the FMCG/Food industry is a must, as you will need to hit the ground running.
