Temporary Planner/Scheduler

Full time, Monday - Friday
Are you a proactive and organised individual who is available immediately?
We are looking for a Planner/Scheduler to join a team, offering support with allocating workload and calls to engineers. If you are available immediately and can support on an ongoing basis, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm then we would love to tell you more!
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Proactively assign customer calls to the most appropriate engineer available
- Liaise with customers and ensure call notes are accurate and up to date
- Allocate or order parts to ensure calls can be attended and resolved within SLA
- Accurately post engineer updates ensuring all relevant information is logged
- Liaise with purchasing to ensue a timely resolution for customers
You will be given full training and constant support to succeed in this role.
To be successful for this immediate start position you must be flexible with an ability to multitask and pick things up quickly. You must also have strong, clear and professional communication skills, ensuring you are confident at liaising both internally and externally to resolve any issues or queries.
