This role reports into the Head of People and is instrumental in helping develop and deliver the People strategy, with the goal of delivering a high performing, inclusive culture and a great place to work.
You'll be coaching leaders across the business and building management capability, in order to deliver talented, thriving teams and drive organisational performance forward.
Basic salary circa £55-57,000 some great benefits including generous holiday entitlement and pension, life assurance cover, EAP and staff discounts.

It's a hybrid role and so you'll be dividing your time between the office in Peterborough and working from home (50/50 split). CIPD qualified is a must for this senior role!
You should be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in! This is a multi-site organisation, you will need to attend one of their other UK offices on occasion (once per month max)
