Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Our client is seeking a dedicated Counterbalance Operative to join their vibrant team on a temp-to-perm basis! Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £13 while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ingredient packaging equipment, ensuring all products are packed safely, securely, and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and wrap customer orders, preparing them for dispatch with precision.
- Perform light maintenance on plant machinery and keep the warehouse clean and organised.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively, escalating to the Warehouse Supervisor when necessary.
Essential Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
- Ability to operate manufacturing machinery effectively.
- Competent in IT systems for data entry and inventory management.
Working Hours:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:30 (40 hours per week).
