Position: Cover SupervisorLocation: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire Start Date: January 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise lessons in the absence of the teacher, creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, and provide behaviour management
- Support students in their learning
- Keep accurate attendance records and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and follow instruction
- Previous teaching experience
- Be able to maintain student focus through an engaging delivery of the lesson
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Passionate about making a difference in the learning journey of students
