We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our well-established secondary schools in your area. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with children or young people and are looking for a rewarding and flexible opportunity in education.
Day-to-day of the role:Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that pupils complete the work set.Maintaining a positive, safe, and conducive learning environment.Supporting pupils with their learning, behaviour, and wellbeing.Following and enforcing the school’s policies and procedures.Communicating effectively with pupils and staff to facilitate a productive educational experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.Confidence, enthusiasm, and adaptability in a classroom setting.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage pupils and staff.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Ability to adhere to the school’s policies and procedures.
