Job Duties:- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures
- Inspecting and maintaining scaffold equipment
- Following safety procedures and regulations
- Working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Collaborating with team members and other construction workers
- Valid CISRS Scaffolder card
- Health and Safety certification
- Physical fitness and strength
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:Prior experience as a Scaffolder
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of scaffold design and construction
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Additional training in scaffolding
- Experience working on construction sites
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Working at heights
- Use of safety equipment
- Physical demands including lifting and carrying heavy materials
