They pride themselves on building long-standing relationships with their clients and bringing commercial know-how and lateral thinking to each case.This is a rare opportunity for an administrator or graduate, who would like to take a step into HR.Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • HR system development and updates
  • Supporting new starter and leaver administration
  • Assisting with the administration of payroll, including salary changes and benefits etc
  • Producing letters and documents to encompass the whole of the employee life cycle
  • Monitor and respond to the HR and Payroll inboxes
  • Maintaining training records on the HR system

The successful candidate will have:

  • A desire to begin or progress in a career within HR/Payroll
  • Experience of HR and/or payroll administration desirable
  • Excellent all round administration and IT skills - Excel & Word
  • Organisational skills and good time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication with confident telephone manner
