Our well-established client in south Peterborough is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and checking of data such as overtime,sickness and other absences affecting pay
  • Ensure employee amendments affecting pay are processed in line with deadlines
  • Responsible for the monthly processing of the Office Base payrolls, inclusive of pay calculations and finalising pay
  • Responsible for the monthly processing of paper variable payment forms ensuring all cost centres are processedProducing pay advices, P45s, P60s etc
  • Responsible for checking the payroll run exceptions - ensuring anomalies are corrected before final run
  • Assist in the prompt implementation of pay awards & salary adjustments

Requirements:

  • ITrent or ResourceLink experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume payroll position
