The Role:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will work as a member of a single on/offshore payroll team completing payroll inputs and checks and co-ordinate the regular payroll feeds to the Payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

搂 To provide a high quality payroll output within agreed SLA鈥檚 & KPI鈥檚

搂 To keep abreast of payroll legislative requirements and best practices

搂 Providing support for employee payroll query resolution

搂 To support internal or strategic projects and "ad-hoc" tasks

搂 To deliver continuous improvement

Your Profile:

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

路 Strong MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint (Desirable), Visio (Desirable)

路 Payroll / HR systems (SAP Payroll desirable)

路 In depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory payments, Student Loans, AEO鈥檚 etc.
