The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a well established organisation based in Peterborough, who can boast a fantastic company culture and flexible working policy. They are now looking to appoint and experienced Payroll Advisor to manage the payroll operations within the organisation.Currently, the organisation outsources its payroll functions, and you will play a pivotal role in transitioning this process in-house.On a day-to-day basis your duties will include:
- Responding to payroll queries
- Payroll compliance and auditing
- Monthly payroll processing
- Working closely with HR and finance to ensure accurately timely processing
- Payroll reporting and analysis
- System management
- Contunious payroll improvement
To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a Payroll Advisor and be either CIPP qualified or actively working towards your qualification. Exposure to system implementations, particularly with Oracle, would be highly advantageous.Although the organisation's office is located in Peterborough, travel to the office is only required around four time a month with the majority of the time spent in the role being based from home.They offer a 35-hour working week, with working hours between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, plus a one-hour lunch break.The salary for the role is paying up to £45,000 per annum depending on experince.For more information about the role or to see a full job description, please contact Megan Lemmon at The ONE Group on or apply now.
