The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our customers with their troubleshooting on their products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues related to machine operation and control systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address complex technical challenges.
- Conduct on-site visits when necessary to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
- Offer training and guidance to customers on products
- Document all support activities, including issue resolution and service reports.
- Proven experience in technical support, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to diagnose software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel when on-site support is required.
