About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&E Technical Services Manager to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of comprehensive M&E technical services to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate M&E technical services projects, from initial planning to final delivery
  • Oversee the performance of M&E technicians and engineers, providing guidance, support, and training
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards
