What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A dynamic and interactive teaching style
- Experience or understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
- A positive attitude towards student progress and development
- Ability to manage behaviour in a calm and structured way
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or a willingness to apply)
Your Role:
- Deliver creative and engaging lesson plans that adhere to the national curriculum
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
- Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential
- Track student progress and liaise with parents to ensure growth and development
- Uphold the school's safeguarding policies and ensure the well-being of all pupils
