Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Rate: £500 to £650 per day depending on experience (Umb PAYE)

 

About the Role:

Red Sky Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Lead Process Engineer to join a prestigious water-sector alliance. In this critical role, you will provide technical leadership and direction to a team of process engineers working on water and water recycling non-infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for delivering designs that adhere to current legislation and standards, offering design support across multiple schemes, and ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and providing technical direction to discipline engineers.
  • Ensuring process designs comply with legislation, standards, and best practices.
  • Checking and reviewing process design deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to procedures.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior engineers within the team.

 

What We're Looking For:

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • A Degree in Engineering (or equivalent qualification). Candidates with relevant experience demonstrating degree-level knowledge will also be considered.
  • Chartered status or be actively working towards it.
  • Experience working on water-sector assets and capital projects or in a design and build environment.
  • A strong background in process engineering and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
