Are you passionate about food manufacturing and process innovation? We are recruiting a Process Technologist position to play a key role in scaling up production, optimising processes, and ensuring top-tier quality standards.

• Scale up production from kitchen samples to full-scale manufacturing
• Troubleshoot production challenges and drive process improvements
• Lead Product Improvement Projects to enhance efficiency and cost savings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, planning, and quality teams
• Take ownership of new product launches before transitioning to full production

• 5+ year's experience with baked products
• Strong project & people management skills
• Expertise in food ingredients & manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
