Quality Technician

Are you passionate about quality control and ensuring products meet exacting standards? We're seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join a leading global engineering and manufacturing company.

About the Role:As a Quality Technician, you'll play a key role in inspecting and testing processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled parts to ensure they meet precise specifications. Your expertise will help maintain the highest levels of product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
  • Analyse inspection and test data, including weights, temperatures, grades, and quantities.
  • Identify production problems and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor production operations and equipment for specification compliance, making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with production teams to discuss inspection results and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented team player with a proactive approach.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost optimisation.
