About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to take on the role of Workshop Supervisor at our Clients Peterborough site. Leading an established team of skilled engineers, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of a mixed fleet of industrial equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. Day-to-day, you will be managing workshop operations, maintaining high fleet availability, and upholding the highest engineering standards. You will provide technical support and leadership to the engineering team, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to deliver top-quality work.Effective communication with colleagues across the business will be key to ensuring seamless service delivery. Who We Are Looking For
  • Experience in the industrial machinery / heavy plant industry in roles such as Foreman, General Foreman, Senior Engineer, Charge Hand, or Leading Hand
  • Experienced in electrical & hydraulic fault finding
  • CAP & IPAF Licenses
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy plant machinery / equipment 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Competent IT skills to manage reporting and compliance processes
  • Full UK Driving License
