In this role, you will oversee insurance repair projects from inception to completion. Once a project is secured, you will meet with clients and homeowners to discuss details, develop a delivery program, coordinate trades and material deliveries, and ensure compliance with building regulations. The Role:
* Project Manager or Coordinator
* Residential refurbishment projects of damaged properties
* Creating a project programme for works organising trades and labour seeing the project through to completion
* Liaising with clients and homeowners keeping them updated with project progress
The Person:
* Some Construction knowledge - Ideally on Residential projects
* Good Communication skills - Liaising with homeowner, clients and labours
* Good Project Management / Coordination skills
* Full UK Drivers License
