What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in lettings /property management is essential. ARLA qualification is highly desired, but if you've put your studies on hold, then that would be great too! You'll be confident and capable when using typical property management software and the Microsoft suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) too.Our client is looking for someone who can work independently and can find common-sense solutions to problems without having to be spoon-fed. A lively, vibrant personality is a must because you'll be dealing with people from all walks of life, but you'll also be able to dial up your professionalism when it is needed. What you'll get in returnYou'll get to work with one of the best teams in the country (think of the property equivalent of being an England Lioness or starting line-up for Liverpool FC!). This company has an exceptional benefits plan that you won't get with a local independent, and you'll also have proper support for things like IT and HR. There's no weekend working as part of your contract and the company has a work-from-home policy too.I think the best benefit is study support towards completing an ARLA or RICS qualification, which shows the company is 100% invested in your future career. What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, and I'll be in touch as quickly as I can.
