Sales Lister/Valuer - Whittlesey

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000OTE: £40,000

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading independent estate agency based in the Peterborough area. As a Sales Lister & Valuer, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to generate leads, conduct market appraisals, and convert these into successful property listings.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Valuations & Listings: Conduct property valuations with new clients and convert them into sales listings.
  • New Business Generation: Focus on generating new business and repeat listings through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping, and making local connections.
  • Client Communication: Maintain professional and engaging communication with prospective clients, and manage your workload efficiently.
  • Achieve Targets: Demonstrate your ability to meet targets and manage the full sales process from start to finish.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 year in estate agency.
  • Driven & Enthusiastic: Highly motivated, with a desire to succeed and an eagerness to hit targets.
  • Excellent Customer Service: You are client-focused and always aim to exceed expectations.
  • Professional: Confident, well-presented, and comfortable communicating at all levels.
  • Autonomous: Able to work independently and under guidance.
  • Full Driving License: Required for travel within the area.
