The Opportunity:We are seeking dedicated Educational Psychologists to join our team. This role offers a unique chance to work in a supportive environment, contributing to the development and delivery of educational psychology services across Peterborough.

Educational Psychologist's Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace our consultation service delivery model, contributing positively to high-quality service.
- Develop and deliver training and supervision to school and setting staff, applying up-to-date theory and research.
- Support schools in delivering the graduated approach for children and young adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Maintain and promote continuous professional development and innovative practices within the team.
- Engage in a variety of work, including ELSA training, supervision programs, and consultation services.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Educational Psychologist on the HCPC Register.
- Year 2 or 3 of doctoral training in Educational Psychology.
- Effective communication skills and knowledge of current practices in Educational Psychology.
- Competent in the delivery of training to various audiences.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
